01 Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the funn88 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

02 Deposit & Withdrawal

• Any attempt to process transactions through unauthorised means, including the use of stolen credit cards or bank accounts, will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Successful deposits cannot be reversed once funds have been credited to your gaming account.
• Funn88 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.

03 Bonus & Promotions

Funn88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions:

• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, funn88 will use system records to determine the accurate game outcome. Decisions based on system records are final.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any method designed to gain an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. Players are responsible for complying with the set limits.
• Funn88 uses an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system to ensure fairness across all games. Game outcomes cannot be influenced by any party.
• Live Casino games are subject to additional rules set by the respective game providers. In the event of any conflict, the provider's rules shall prevail.

05 Player Conduct

06 Account Closure & Suspension

Funn88 reserves the right to close or suspend a player's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms stated in this document.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Suspected activity related to money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Upon request by a lawful authority.
• At the player's own request for responsible gaming management purposes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the funn88 support team via live chat. Valid account balances will be returned to the original payment method after the verification process is complete.

07 Liability Limit

Funn88 shall not be held liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of legitimate game outcomes.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet connectivity issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any delays in transaction processing caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.
